Ladies and gentlemen, today Oskar was watching TV. He was watching a movie, and they said a curse word. Oskar was not offended. It's the first time he's heard a curse word, he knows what it means. Yes he does. But he wasn't offended by it because Oskar knows its just a word. He has intellect and a strong moral values. And that is why he would be a very good president of the United States.
